This villa is the perfect family escape, so much is easily accessible from the property, from the beach to the shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife in the nearby Praça, to the golf course on your doorstep. The villa has sea distance views, a landscaped garden and is bright, light and airy in style.  

It is fully equipped with modern luxuries such as heated pool, air con, Wi-Fi and is spacious & light throughout.
There are four bedrooms in total, two at ground level, one with patio doors to the garden. On the first floor is a double room, plus another bedroom with an additional two single beds.

All bedrooms have satellite TV and air conditioning throughout.The pool can be heated for a supplement, plus a pool fence can be supplied on request.
