THE VILLA L’Ange d’Or is a luxurious and stylish property surrounded by vineyards in the peaceful location just below the pretty hilltop village of Gassin. St Tropez with its 4 en suite double bedrroms.

On the ground floor there is a stupendous entrance hall with an impressive sweeping stone staircase, a gents cloakroom under the staircase. A pillared arch leads to a spacious luxurious bright living room with a large stone fireplace. The room is comfortable and tastefully furnished in off whites and pale colours with lovely marble terrazzo floors. Beyond the living room there is a dining room with a large glass dining table sitting for 12 guests and full width sliding glass doors to the outside terrace and garden beyond.

Next to the dinning room the contemporary designed kitchen fitted to a very high standard with all modern appliances including two dishwashers, an American fridge, microwave and espresso machine.

On the other side of the entrance hall there is also one double bedroom with king size bed French windows opening onto one of the terraces, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC

On the first floor there is a large master bedroom with king-size bed, satellite TV, and a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, with bath, walk in shower, double basin and a WC. Private balcony from where you have wonderful views across the valley 

The third double bedroom overlooking the garden and pool area , with en-suite shower room, this bedroom can be accessed from the Master bedroom or separately from outside stairs.

Off the landing to the other side of the staircase is a further twin / double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower attachment and WC

There is a terrace in front and to one side of the villa giving plenty of areas for entertaining and seating. A covered Pergola next to the dinning room with dinning al fresco facilities and with fridge and BBQ  Steps down from the terrace to the formal gardens and the swimming pool, which is a spill over 10x5 m saltwater pool.

There is easy access to all amenities such as, Golf and a Tennis club.  Beaches are found within 10 to 15 minutes drive, the famous Pampelone Beach with Club 55 and many more beaches and restaurants.

There are many charming villages in the area such as Ramatuelle and on the hills Plan de la Tour and La Garde Freinet where you will find restaurants and weekly markets, the most famous being the Tuesday & Saturday market in St. Tropez.

There are many activities in the area such as sailing, wind surfing, water skiing, horse riding, hiking and go-karting, fun fairs for young children and many other events take place during the summer months, even Polo matches.

The large supermarket “Geant” is only 3.5 km away.
